Tumblr, you’re fun. But while you were having issues I found Blogspot. I always enjoy perusing through artistic photos and sadistic comics and thought-provoking one-liners… but I miss writing real “blog entries.” Blogspot is better.

I decided to get away from my desk for the day and study in a new venue. So this morning, I thought I’d head to the local Starbucks, grab some coffee, and camp out for a few hours with my beloved GRE prep books.
After ordering my skinny vanilla latte (which, being lactose intolerant, makes you feel anything but skinny) and multigrain bagel, I sat down and began to study.

Success: Finding coffee in a house of decaf-only drinkers. Failure: Accidentally lighting a paper towel on fire while trying to remove a grilled cheese sandwich from the oven. Double Failure: The fire itself, and my lactose intolerance.
